Allen Zhang

As a Texan, I have been provided countless opportunities and experiences to grow. Because of this, I have always looked for a chance to give back to my community/world for all it has given me. I found COT a great way to impact both the world and community by teaching aspects of the English language to those internationally and by providing the opportunity to do so to the community.

Patrick Nguyen
Manager of Elementary Program 2
I would like to help tutor these students with the Citizens of Tomorrow to help develop my teaching capability and help other people develop their ability to speak English. I believe that this opportunity will allow me to not only gain experience but even give back to the Asian community. With my experience in English and grammar lessons, I believe my skills would prove useful in these classes. My experience in English classes, competitions, and tests has proven useful in my day-to-day life as well as in helping others so it should help this tutoring. This could be an enjoyable way to give back and even help myself as well.
