Rachel is currently a senior in high school. As President of Marketing, she supervises outreach and the recruitment of new members. In her free time, Rachel creates sculptures, plays video games, crochets, and practices her instruments.
Jason Peng
Vice President of PR & Marketing
Jason is a senior at Highland Park High School. As the Vice President of Marketing, he helps with outreach and recruits new members. This is his fourth year in COT, and he enjoys making connections with students every week. Outside of Citizens of Tomorrow, Jason is also a marching band member, plays piano, and is part of Highland Park's Math and Science UIL team.

Andrea Tang
Director of Social Media
Andrea is a sophomore at Liberty High School. As the Director of Marketing, Andrea will be responsible for managing weekly social media posts as well as promotion events. Outside of COT, Andrea enjoys playing tennis, being outdoors, and hanging out with friends!
Emily Chen
Director of Outreach
Emily is a junior at the Hockaday School and this is her second year with COT. She is so honored to use her English and public speaking skills for good through this organization. Working with students every week and watching their progress is truly meaningful to her. She is excited to get more involved with COT year after year and learn more. Emily also enjoys running track and field and engaging in community service.
Bethany Xu
Manager of Social Media
Bethany is a junior at Plano West High School. As the manager of social media, she makes posts on COT's various social media websites, including Instagram and Facebook. Bethany plays piano and violin for her school orchestra, and does origami in her free time.
