  • Rose Zhao

    President of Operations & Logistics

    As the President of the Operations and Logistics department, Rose ensures that all classes run smoothly each week by keeping track of volunteer and student attendance, updating different forms and documents for the division, and making arrangements for the weekly schedule. She also teaches both teen and elementary classes weekly to help students across the globe with their English skills and be a part of this volunteering community. Outside of COT, Rose also teaches at different volunteer organizations, such as NoteLove, a music teaching organization, to further help students in need of learning opportunities.

    Vice President of Operations & Logistics

    Michelle is a rising senior. As Vice President for Operations and Logistics, she devotes her time to daily operation and logistics, teaching international students, training new and existing members, and assisting in other areas as needed for continued growth of the organization. Besides community services, Michelle is passionate about Robotics, Art and Music.

    Vice President of Operations & Logistics

    I'm Amie, one of the two Vice Presidents of the Operations Department. My duty is to keep track of Operations communication, such as keeping track of the Operations email and absent volunteers. I am also a part of YES as the Fundraising Manager and in my free time, I like to draw, read, and volunteer.

    Kristy is a rising sophomore at Hockaday, and this is her second year at COT. As the director of operation, she helps manage the operations email and reply to questions from volunteers. In her free time, Kristy enjoys traveling, listening to music, and playing with her cat. This year, she hopes to continue helping students in their English learning journey and improving COT.

I believe that I will be able to work effectively alongside fellow volunteers to make a meaningful difference.   • Vivian Xu

    Manager of Operations

    Vivian is a rising sophomore at Ursuline Academy, and this will be her second year with COT. As the Operation Manager, Vivian devotes her time to responding emails as well as answering any volunteer questions. She ensures new and old volunteers to be on the right path without any confusion. She also serves by leading weekly English sessions with students. Outside of COT, Vivian enjoys drawing, cooking, sleeping, and spending time with friends. She hopes to positively impact her community by her service and dedication.

    My name is Asia and I am a rising senior at Sulphur Springs High School. As the operation manager, I help manage the operations email system and respond to inquiries and concerns from our volunteers. This is my second year with COT, and I hope to continue supporting students and making English learning fun for them!
